Text, files and generated downloads

The ProSEO utility scripts process pasted text and files you select locally in your browser. They do not send those inputs to a ProSEO server or an external API, record them in analytics events, or persist them in browser storage.

Selecting a CSV file lets the page read its contents in your browser; it does not upload the file to the WordPress media library. Generated CSV and text downloads are created in your browser when you choose a download. You control where these files are saved and how they are shared.

A locally processed input can still be visible on your screen or in a file you export. Avoid adding passwords, private tokens or personal information to tool inputs.

Website requests and technical logs

Loading a page or an image sends ordinary requests to the website and its hosting infrastructure. These requests can include an IP address, the requested address, a timestamp and browser information. The hosting infrastructure may keep technical access or security logs to deliver the website and investigate problems.

Tool input text is separate from those ordinary page requests. Questions about available technical records or their retention can be directed to the site administrator.

Cookies, accounts and tracking

The current public utilities do not require registration and do not use cookies or browser storage to save their inputs. Public comments are closed on the published pages.

WordPress can set essential cookies for the sign-in screen and authenticated site administration. These serve login and account preferences, rather than the public tool calculations.

The current published utility pages do not include advertising code or a third-party analytics integration. This notice should be updated when features that change data handling are added.

Email and links to other websites

If you email the site administrator, your email provider and the receiving mailbox handle the address, message and any attachments. Those messages are separate from locally processed tool inputs. Ask through the contact page if you want to discuss information sent in correspondence.

Links to external documentation open other websites. Their own privacy notices apply to your visits there. The current utility interface does not embed those documentation pages.
