SEO · supplied HTML review
On-Page SEO Checker
Review titles, descriptions, headings, canonical and robots tags, links, image alt attributes and JSON-LD syntax in one report. Paste a current HTML copy to begin.
Used only to resolve and classify URLs. This tool does not fetch this address. An HTML base href, when present, also affects relative URLs.
Processing limits: 1 MB (1,000,000 UTF-8 bytes), 5,000 parsed elements and 2,000 links. Your supplied HTML stays in this tab; the checker does not upload, fetch or execute it.
Ready. This is a supplied-markup review, not a live website audit.

Make the report useful
- Copy the HTML version you want to review and record where it came from: initial source, a rendered document or an export.
- Add the actual page URL when you want relative destinations resolved and same-origin links counted.
- Run the checks and read each observation with its next step. A review prompt can describe an intentional setting, such as noindex on a private page.
- Download CSV or JSON, make an informed edit, then verify the saved live page separately.

What the sample demonstrates
The invented balcony-herb guide has two descriptions, a noindex directive, an indoor-herb canonical, a skipped heading level, one image without alt and one invalid JSON-LD block. The report separates those observations from the decisions an editor still needs to make.
Know what was checked
Does this test a live URL or Google indexing?
No. The optional URL is a reference for resolving links. HTTP status, response headers, robots.txt, rendered changes, ranking, backlinks and Google’s selected canonical are outside this report.
Is there a pass score or an ideal title length?
No overall score is assigned. Counts and review prompts describe supplied markup. The checker does not grade search quality, prescribe keyword density or promise how a snippet will display.
How are HTML, links and text handled?
Supplied markup is parsed in a detached template. Scripts and resources from that input are not run or loaded. HTML title elements are counted separately from SVG titles. Heading order is the supplied order; link labels use basic text, aria-label and image-alt checks. Text counts include surrounding page text and do not simulate CSS visibility.
Are duplicate descriptions or noindex always mistakes?
Duplicate descriptions deserve a publishing review. A noindex directive can be intentional. This checker summarizes index and follow restrictions from generic robots and Googlebot meta only; other directives and headers need separate review.
Does valid JSON-LD qualify for rich results?
No. JSON parsing only establishes JSON syntax. Use a dedicated structured-data validator and the relevant Google documentation for schema and eligibility checks.
